Excellent hotel located in Chinatown with a great view.

I did enjoy my stay, but there were some issues that really affected my experience. The soundproofing was quite poor, and I could hear music from a nearby nightclub well into the night, hard to get a good rest. It took me about 10 minutes to ride down in the morning when I was running late for my plans. Lastly, I found the disabled-friendly bathroom to be inconveniently designed. The tap was hard to use, and the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, resulting in an unpleasant smell.

Got neat room with magnificent views of THe new KL skyline of Merdaka Tower and the ambitious new KL skyline and a private safe, multi-channel television and a refrigerator: D

thanks a lot all for a great stay during the raya holidays. the location of the property was marvellous and perfect, close to many local attractions. it was also not far from the lrt and mrt, many cafes and restaurants nearby and the centre of good restaurants.

The room on the 18th floor had an very nice city view, perfect for taking in Kuala Lumpur's skyline. The breakfast spread was great with options like freshly made omelets and a variety of Asian delicacies. The staff were consistently attentive without being intrusive.

Neat and well furnished room with very comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Location so close to good restaurants and bars, and chinatown, cafe hunting. Nice food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity.

Very big bed in the double room, plus a private safe, an iron, and an electronic key card. Stunning central location and very FRIENDLY staff.

I was shocked by the noise from the nightclub, it was like trying to sleep at a concert. To top it off, the toilet roll holder was practically falling off the wall, such class. A complimentary upgrade would have been nice to soothe my experience, but I guess that's too much to ask. I'll just save my energy for my next stay elsewhere.

The hotel offers a fantastic view and easy access to the Pasar Seni MRT station. Service improvement is needed during check-in.

The room was really spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The shower had great pressure, a nice surprise. The rooftop pool and bar had such an amazing view. Plus, I loved the delicious breakfast spread they offered every morning 🌞

Amazing stay with great breakfast!

Spent 5 nights here and it was awesome. Got upgraded to a suite, and the breakfast was really excellent! Loved the fresh pastries and the salad bar. Huge shoutout to Kesavan at the ground floor, super helpful and friendly.

The staff were really good, offering warm and personalized service. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both Chinatown and the MRT station. The breakfast, while limited, was delicious and well-presented, with attentive service.

The hotel’s decor is modern and chic, offering a unique boutique experience. Excellent breakfast options cater to diverse tastes. The room's shower area could use better separation as water leaks into the toilet space. The parking fee is reasonable at RM5 for unlimited daily access.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend excursion

Fantastic hotel, really good breakfast, with a sumptuous spread that offers plenty of variety, making it hard to decide what to choose, and the location is ideal as it's just a 5-minute walk from the nearby market, perfect for exploring.

This was just a perfect match for a weekend break in Kuala Lumpur with excellent value for money. The room was really spacious and comfortable, great for a relaxing stay after a day of exploring. Look out for the rooftop pool. It has an amazing view to unwind.

The room was tidy and nicely furnished, and the staff knew their stuff; also, the location was perfect for accessing all the main attractions!
